These terms apply when you use www.erovana.com or buy from Erovana ("we", "us", "our"). Our store runs on Shopify. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. If you live outside Australia, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
2. Using our site
You must give accurate details when you order and only use a payment method you're authorised to use. Please don't use our site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, such as spam, malware or copying our content.
3. Products
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are approximate. If an item isn't as described, our Returns & Refunds Policy and your consumer rights apply.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Later price changes don't affect orders already placed. For orders delivered outside Australia, import duties or taxes may apply and are your responsibility.
5. Orders and cancellations
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order before it's dispatched only for a good reason, such as:
- the item is out of stock or our supplier can't fulfil it
- there's an obvious error in the price or product details
- we reasonably suspect fraud or an unauthorised payment
If we cancel, we'll email you and refund you in full to your original payment method.
If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been sent for fulfilment yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's on its way, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees (see our Shipping Policy). Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Personal use
Our products are sold for personal use. Please don't resell them commercially without our written permission.
9. Our content
The text, images, logos and designs on our site belong to Erovana or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
10. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review or feedback, you allow us to use it to improve and promote our store. Reviews must be your own honest experience.
11. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or use services run by others, such as Shopify, payment providers and carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
12. Liability
Subject to section 1, we're not responsible for loss that isn't reasonably foreseeable, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. Suspending access
We may suspend or close an account, or refuse future orders, if we reasonably believe these terms have been seriously broken (for example, fraud or abuse of our returns process). This doesn't affect any rights you already have for orders you've placed.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site when you place your order applies to that order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party can take matters to the courts of Victoria or any other Australian court with jurisdiction. If you live outside Australia, this doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
16. If part of these terms doesn't apply
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.
